Multimedia course of Italian language and civilization (A1-B1)

The course is addressed to adult and young adult students who wish to achieve linguistic autonomy in order to express themselves and travel in Italy. Using a communicative approach, it is appropriate for intensive courses as it aims at developing the students’ communicative competence, while not neglecting revision, consolidation and reinforcement of taught structures.

The entire language course, which is completed by numerous materials, consists of:

• Allegro 1 – Beginners level (A1)
• Allegro 2 – Elementary level (A2)
• Allegro 3 – Pre-Intermediate level (B1)

Each level consists of a single volume containing:

Allegro 1 provides approx. 60 hours of classroom lesson.

The fully-coloured volume consists of:

• 12 learning units, of which 4 are Revision units including linguistic activities and educational games
• Image inputs at the beginning of each unit to motivate students and stimulate existing knowledge
• Short prompts and wide variety of exercises
• Grammar summary and review of the newly presented communicative structures at the end of each unit
• Grammar overview and Glossary of each unit
