Teoria, esercizi e giochi per bambini (A1-A2)

Features

Forte in grammatica! (level A1-A2) is a basic grammar book for children aged 7-11. It presents in a simple, intuitive and playful way all basic grammatical structures of Italian and it enables children to practice those structures through a wide range of activities.

Given its high versatility, it can accompany not only the course book Forte!, but also any other course book of Italian for children, as it presents common contents and follows the same progression.

Forte in grammatica! is for both children studying Italian as a foreign language and Italian native-speaking children, who are looking for a simple and straightforward tool to improve their linguistic skills.

The volume is designed to suit different contexts and learning situations and it can be used in multilingual or foreign-student classes. Moreover, the volume can be used for self-study as it includes answer keys in the appendix, thus allowing children to practice at home, under the guidance of an adult.

Each unit presents a different grammatical phenomenon using the same unit structure: a comic strip or a short text introduces the specific phenomenon of the unit, which is then followed by several activities helping children to isolate it, observe it and work out themselves the grammar rule, in an intuitive and engaging way. Through miscellaneous activities (such as: gap-fill, crosswords, sentence construction, etc.) children then apply the rule they just learned, to consolidate their knowledge and to strengthen their communicative skills in a playful manner.

All units, which have a clear and appealing graphic layout, are linked between them as they tell the adventures of a group of children during a school excursion. The situations presented in the story are plausible and familiar, as well as the vocabulary, so that children will start using it right away.

Several revision tests can be found every 5 units and at the end of the book. They will help children verify their progress in Italian and improve their grammar.
