How can I place an order?
On the Home Page, click on the catalogue button and choose the book and/or the relative educational and audiovisual supports you wish to purchase, and then click on the cart icon.
At this point, you can choose to place your order by clicking on the order button or you can return to the catalogue to add other products to the cart.
If this is your first time placing an order, you will need to create an account. If you already have an account, simply log in with your email address and password.
How many books can I purchase?
You can order up to thirty copies per title (ISBN). To order larger quantities, please send an email to info@edilingua.it specifying the details of the request.
What are the shipping rates?
The rates applied are the minimum rates and are calculated automatically by the system accoring to the delivery destination. You can view the shipping rates charged to an order before sending your order.
What are the delivery times?
For shipments within the European Union the delivery time is less than 10 days. For all other destinations, the delivery time does not exceed 15 days.
What should I do if the books I have purchased do not arrive?
If you notice a delay in the delivery of the books ordered, please write an e-mail to info@edilingua.it. We will check the shipment and resolve the issue the soonest possible.
Can I choose the day and/or time of delivery?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to choose a precise date and time for the delivery of the products.
